Deposit & Payment Policy
To secure your event date, we require:
- 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days before the event
- A confirmed booking date is only guaranteed once the deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change! Here’s how cancellations work:
- Deposits are non-refundable, as your booking date is reserved exclusively for you.
- Events canceled within 7 days of the event date will be eligible for one free reschedule, subject to availability.
- We always do our best to accommodate our clients and keep things stress-free
